“Craftsmanship that’s kinder to the world we love to explore” Arguably one of the most well-known outdoor brands in the UK, from the early days above a shop in the North-East of England, Berghaus has come a long way. They’ve racked up more than 50 years’ experience creating outdoor gear that’s beautifully designed and built to last. Right now, Berghaus are producing their most environmentally friendly gear yet, while continuing to deliver the newest innovations that make them leaders in performance. Sustainability is at the heart of the Berghaus ethos. Repairing, recycling and repurposing is just a small part of Berghaus’ effort to become a sustainable brand. Performance gear that’s kinder to the planet. Products marked with the MADEKIND label are eco-friendly and could contain recycled material, organic cotton, bio-based material from natural sources, or because they’re made by one of the brand’s sustainable partners. The Good Wood Project Berghaus plant two million trees every year across Madagascar and Kenya - just one of their many efforts to reach Net Zero by 2030. Eco Packaging In keeping with the Berghaus MADEKIND philosophy, they ensure all of their product packaging is sustainably produced.
